It’s January. It’s a new year. And, it’s the time of the year when people deliberately (“make New Year’s Resolutions") or non-deliberately (“I don’t do resolutions; this year I want to…") reflect on their lives and things they want to do to make their lives better in some way.
When I think of wellness, or, actually, when I think about any part of my life or life in general, I like to think in terms of what I call “The SPICES of LIFE". What are the spices of life, you ask? Well: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Creativity, Emotional, and Social well-being.
When we are healthy, holistically, in all areas of our life (SPICES), we are at our optimum. This means that we are at the optimal level of being and, thus, the optimal level of contributing.
Young Living’s wellness products support, or, as I like to say, “supplement" our body to strengthen, cleanse, and activate our body systems in a number of ways, taking our SPICES of Life to a more effective, productive, and efficient level, above the wellness line.
What are your goals for 2017? As we like to say, “there’s an oil for that!"
